PENNDOT, Maryland State Highway Administration (MDSHA) and the Federal
Highway Administration (FHWA) held a Public Meeting Open House on Tuesday,
February 25, 2003 at the Holiday Inn in Grantsville, Maryland. The purpose
of this meeting was to present updated project information, view proposed
corridors and potential local access locations, answer questions and collect
public input.
Eight information stations provided project specific information related to
the various studies currently underway. The public was also able to view the
corridors selected for further study and preliminary access considerations.
Questionnaires were distributed to each person to collect further input.
