Project Schedule The project team is in the process of preparing the Draft
Environmental Impact Statment (DEIS) for circulation to the public which includes Alternatives D, E and
and AE. The goal of the project is to design the best alternative
while minimizing impacts to community, cultural and environmental
resources.
